Description
The HR6 series fuse switch disconnector is for distribution and motor circuits with high short-circuit currents, at rated voltages of AC 400 V and 1000 V (45-62 Hz) and a conventional thermal current up to 800 A. It serves as a power switch, isolating switch and emergency switch, and for circuit protection, but is generally not used to directly switch a single motor.

FAQ
How does the HR6 differ from the HR5?
The HR6 extends the conventional thermal current to 800 A, while the HR5 covers up to 630 A. Both serve as power, isolating and emergency switches for high short-circuit current circuits.
What is the HR6 used for?
For power switching, isolation, emergency switching and circuit protection in distribution and motor circuits with high short-circuit currents.
Can it directly switch a motor?
It is generally not used to directly switch a single motor.
